macs are sweet at being overpriced, over-hyped, not being compatible with the needed programs, and people thinking they have superior coding simply because their market share is not great enough to gain the attention of malicious coders.
I can agree with several things you said, such as it being true that they do not get enough attention to have such malicious software; however, their programming is still superior superior even without such attention or malicious software, simply because it is written better.
As far as the price goes, they are certainly more expensive, considering their less-capable hardware; however, their much more efficient programming and the sheer fact that they just work better in general is more than supplemental to their lesser-capable hardware.
I might also agree with the over-hyped part and the part about them not being compatible with many programs I find necessary.
Other than that though, I am going to defend apple products. I made up my mind after I bought an iPhone--it's even more impressive than the mac in my opinion, and there is not any phone that even relatively compares. As far as apple corp. goes,...they just have top-quality shit...that's all there is to it. Their products are more than just computers, phones & programs, they are art. lol
But I respect your opinions, granby.
