easy... u go to http://tinypic.com/ there u upload ur desktop background, u can either just upload ur background pic or make a picture of ur background...... with Hardcopy for example (of u dont have it try google Tongue )
when its uploaded u take the url from pic like this


then u use image and spoiler tag like displayed

and thats it Tongue
