Today's lesson is how to poo, for begginers.

Step 1: Eat  (tutorial on this process to come later, maybe.)
Step 2: Wait 24 to 72 hours for digestion.
Step 3: Relax the anus to allow shit to come out easier.  Sometimes a little "push" is needed using by using the muscles in your lower abdomen.
Step 4: Continue this process until the urge is gone, or you feel no more can come out.

And that is all there is to it.  Please check back later for more advance guides that shall cover such things as, 'Using a toilet, not just for the goldfish anymore' and 'How to wipe, which wipe wipes best?'

No, I figured it out. I was pushing before relaxing, which caused constipation instead. Will not make this mistake again.  Wink
