okay since the major part of our leechers are prolly interested in typical shounen battle action stuff i decided to make a list according to that.... so here are my favorite battle and action mangos ^^

for those who dont know Shounen are aimed at kids around the age of 10 -16 stuff like Rubber Pirate, Naruto, Bleach.... while Seinen is meant for more mature readers... like storys with more voilence (Elfen Lied or Hellsing) or a deeper story like Clannad for example... i named the mangos according to my own feeling though i dont know what each mangas officiall "age genre" is. (dunno what its called actually...) i also added release info (16th.feb.2010)... so u know just how many chapters u have to read if u wanna start it... monthly releases have obviously not as many chapters, but the chapters are bigger... usually around two times a normal weekly chapter so 35-45 Pages...

Shounen:

666 Satan                (Completed)
Blazer Drive                (Monthly Chapter 20)
Gamaran                   (Weekly Chapter 35)
Kekkaishi                  (Weekly Chapter 293)
Monster Hunter Orage     (Completed)
Monster Soul               (Completed)
The Breaker               (Weekly Chapter 55)
Veritas                   (Weekly Chapter 66)
Witchcraft Troops       (Weekly Chapter 4 but scanlation unregular)

Seinen:

Berserk                   (Weekly Chapter 311)
Deadman Wonderland     (Monthly Chapter 29)
Jackals                   (Completed but only Scanlated till Chapter 16 *cries* )
Ragnarok                  (Completed)
Übel Blatt                       (Weekly Chapter 80)
Vagabond                  (Weekly Chapter 290)
Zero                          (Completed)

feel free to add more shows, post ur own list, or comment mine ^^

I've read all of those, and enjoy them all for the most part. Hitman Reborn, Nurarihyon no Mago, Veritas, Pysren, and Soul Eater are a few others to add to that list. They all have some great battles. Among them I give Übel Blatt a shiny star. After reading volume(part?) 0 I couldn't put it down, a very good story and brutal fights.

huuwat but Veritas is in my list....
well i tried reading soul eater when the animu started but since there were only a few chapts out at that point i stopped reading and watched it instead.. guess i'll try reading it again in a while  Wink

also i dont feel like reading hitman reborn since the animu is so crappy... well of course the mango is usually better but the animu really stole all my exitement to read it... =__=

hmm Psyren is on my to do list aswell, nurarihyon no mago hmm... gotta try this... thanks for increasing the list ^^

Doh didn't see Veritas, that's what I get for not paying attention. Gotta say Soul eater isn't all fights, but had some good ones. Aiki is another fighter book, but the main character seems like real bastid half the time.(not to mention pervert) Change guy, geek swaps body with a thug and a lot of fighting ensues.(Complete). Code Breaker; fights, but more more like battles with special power users.

Can't believe Fairy Tail wasn't on your list, since you have the avatar.

left it out on purpose coz i count it to the major mangos (one piece, bleach, naruto, Fairy Tail) everyone already knows about so i thought no need to name them... Tongue

Guess that makes sense.

Okay I've composed a list of sorts of the action series I do read up on:

Psyren
Code Breaker
Aiki
D Grayman
Claymore
History's strongest disciple (I think I saw some kinda remake of this series)
Katekyou Hitman Reborn

nice list. well the remake is actually the raw version from before it was published...
so its kinda released as an extra now. thats why it only has 28 chapters.
