Ecchi animes as standard...

Is it just me or most animes recently are going for ecchi scenes a little too much, plots have shallowed, fan service trebled and its just a load of bs to please pervs...
I know not all but lots have just been turning to galges and rewriting them into animes...
What you guys think?
I'm pretty bored of this stuff, there is hentai for that...

i totally agree, i actually ended up watching all seasons of ikkitousen, even though its pretty annoying how every punsh or kick ripps clothes appart...  but im not gonna watch the next season as i didnt watch the second season of queens blade and didnt even bother trying quwaser no stigmata after seeing the trailer.... im just bored of stuff like that....

Ikkitousen!! That's the name I was thinking about. I was going to mention that series during that whole censorship rabble. Yeah, it seems fan service has gone the slippery slope to Ecchiville which is a short stop from H-town. I can see some ecchi content in harem comedies, but most other type of stories it's hard to justify. Qwesar has it as an element of the story, it's edited out of the official release. (now seeing the unedited) Ladies vs Butlers it's everywhere, but the main character is usually beat up for seeing them naked, or runs screaming so to speak.

I totally agree with you. It's hard to find decent animes to watch anymore...
I want a goddamn plot!!!!

I'm not even gonna bother with Qwaser or any of those other crap (except for Ladies vs. Butlers, that one is funny)..Just seems way too stupid..
